Do I need to sign anything?
Not for the free renewal. For the $99 second renewal we send a one-page mutual NDA — your client data is yours, ours is ours, neither side talks. No long-term contract, no auto-renew, no per-seat math.
Is my client's PHI protected?
We sign a BAA before processing your first renewal. Data is processed inside encrypted infrastructure, deleted from working memory after the memo is delivered, and the only thing retained is the structured Decision Memory entry — plan-design facts, not member-level PHI.
Will the memo read like AI wrote it?
Send us 2–3 of your past renewal memos and we'll feed them into the memo writer as voice samples. The first draft will read like one of your producers wrote it. If it doesn't, tell us — we'll redo it. Voice match is the part our reviewer scrutinizes hardest before sending.
What stops the AI from hallucinating?
Three layers. Structured schemas at each pipeline stage so outputs are validated, not free text. Deterministic diff — the year-over-year comparison is code, not LLM-generated.
